What is MIME Image/Heic?

A particular section of the web content that you tried to browse was encrypted in the MIME Image/Heic format. To properly render data embedded in this format, your PC requires either a particular browser plug-in or an application that is capable of decoding information according to the MIME Image/Heic specification.
